Quick troubleshooting guide (read this if you can’t access Hibiscus)
1. Are you logged into your Google account? Your login is email@example.com. You can login via any Google page, such as this one
2. What internet browser are you using to try and access Hibiscus? If it is Internet Explorer then you may find that this interferes with your ability to achieve or access very much! If you have Google Chrome, please use that instead.
